Privacy Protection Practices

Visitors:

            For each visitor to our Web site, our Web server automatically recognizes the visitor's domain name and Email address (where possible). We do not collect all of that data, but it is recognized. We collect only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our web site. We also track aggregated information on pages visitors visit and user-specific information on pages visitors visit.

Visitors Becoming Customers:

            When someone visits the site and becomes a customer, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies), or it is read if the customer has visited the site, previously.  We use cookies to aid in tracking each tier of our compensation plan.

            We collect information you give us - the names and email addresses of those who take our online program assessments, the E-mail addresses of those who communicate with  us via E-mail, survey information and/or site registrations and the E-mail addresses of people receiving or requesting our auto-responders.

Personal Information:

            Personal information collected is usually limited to E-mail addresses, but may include other information when needed to provide a customer requested service.  For example, if a customer chooses a service or transaction that requires payment, such as making an online purchase on our websites, we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card information.

            Email addresses collected are not shared, sold or traded; and they will not be in the future, for any reason.   no customer will be abused with frequent E-mails.  The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, to notify customers about updates to our Web sites and to contact customers for marketing purposes.  For our 360 feedback programs, we do not collect or track the E-mail addresses of those who are asked by our customers to be their observers and complete feedback assessments for them.

Third Party Vendors:

            We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customers’ questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will provide those companies only the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited by contract from using that information for any other purpose or sharing it with any other person or organization.

            We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or a site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Dr. Larry Baker and his companies and their family of Web sites, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the safety and security of professional services, or members of the public.

            We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access.  Our data are located in controlled facilities.
