How it Works - The ART of Time Management
Distributor Program
Key Components
Art of Time Management Report
Length and Content
An ART User receives a comprehensive, personalized ART Report, nearly 40
pages in length, once the online Assessment is completed. Results are
shown describing the User's strengths and improvement opportunities in
the 12 areas of Time Management identified above.
ART Users' and Observers' E-Graphs
At the end of the nearly 40 page User's ART Report there are E-Graphs
that display bar charts of scores to quickly identify a User's skill
level in
each of the 12 time management topics assessed. E-Graphs include, also,
the ART observers' average scores for all 12 Time Management topics assessed.
This helps a User see how his/her time management habits and skills are
observed by others, and how similar to, or different from, his/her own
point of view.
ART Observer Anonymity
The anonymity of ART observers' names and answers to each survey item
is protected. An ART User only sees compiled results of the Observers'
Assessments
for him/her as presented in the bar graphs, not the observers' names or
their answers to the Assessment items. In that way, all observers feel
free to be open and honest in their assessments of a User.
Performance Improvement Goal Forms
In each ART Report, and for each of the 12 time management topics, there
is a Performance Improvement Goals Form for an ART User to complete. This
is a powerful step to immediate progress.
