How it Works - The ART of Time Management
Distributor Program
Key Components
Art of Time Management Distributor Homepage
Managing ART Distributors' Users and Accounts
Providing a Homepage for each Distributors is a key component of
ART, providing flexibility for training options and important data for
tracking User progress. It is a personalized, private Home Page.
It allows the Distributor to:
- Pre-purchase ART of Time Management surveys at a discount from the retail price. Each ART of Time Management purchased includes the ART online Assessment, with an unlimited number of Observer Assessments for 30 days; the nearly 40 pages of text in the ART Report, with E-Graphs presenting Observers' results for each of the 12 topics; and links to access the more than 40 Tool Modules comprising over 125 pages of Time Management improvement ideas and techniques and links to access the more than 20 Organizing Forms.
- Send ART of Time Management survey information to future program participants by simply entering each participant's first name, last name, and email address. A click on "send" and a pre-written, automatic email goes to the participants who will become future ART Users, requesting that they complete the ART of Time Management survey. The e-mail is sent to the future ART Users with a link to the ART Distributor's assessment page. This allows the future ART User to register and take the ART 60-item, Online Assessment. AS each authorized ART User takes and submits his/her assessment, one credit is deducted from the Distributor's pre-paid account.
- Track the status of a Distributor's accounts to see how many pre-paid assessments have been used, how many are left, and order more as needed.
- View the ART Reports and the E-Graphs of the Distributor's ART Users who are authorized to take the assessment. This feature also allows Distributors to see which Users have completed the assessment and send automatic reminders to those who have not.
- Permit or block Users from seeing their personalized ART Reports and Observers' E-Graph results. Why block ART Users? A Distributor may want all Users in a group to receive their ART Reports on the same day, or he/she may want to present the Users their Reports at the time of a workshop, seminar or other meeting.
- Use any, or all, of the more than 40 ART Tool Modules and any or all of the more than 20 ART Organizing Forms to create a Time Management training manual. Each set of manuals can be customized by the Distributor to meet the training needs of any client group, and can be designed for any length of seminar or workshop. The number of training manuals containing ART Tool Modules and ART Organizing Forms that can be created by a Distributor without incurring additional charges for their use is limited to the number of the Distributor's client's employees who have registered and taken the ART of Time Management on-line survey.
- The copyright information, identifying Dr. Larry Baker as the Copyright holder, that appears on the bottom of each ART Tool Module and each ART Organizing Form must be left in place and not changed, in any way. (Creating training manuals, E-books or any other use of one or more copies of ART Tool Modules and ART Organizing Forms for re-sale by an ART Distributor requires advanced permission from, as well as a royalty arrangement with, Dr. Larry Baker.)
- Print the collective results for up to 20 Users on a single E-Graph with color codes and a color key to identify each individual User. This is a powerful graph when a Distributor is working with a group and wants to see, at a glance, where ART Users fall on the graph, relative to each other.
