Art of Time Management Assessment
Survey Items and Time Management Topics
The on-line ART Assessment is a 60-item survey that assesses performance
on 12 Time Management Topics. The Topics are Objectives, Projects, Activities,
Priorities, Analyses, Crises, Interruptions, Meetings, Paperwork/E-Documents,
Delegation, Team Time, and Personal Time. The ART Assessment takes only
10-12 minutes to complete. The User's choice on an Agree-Disagree scale
determines assessment scores for the user's time management habits and
skills.
360 Degree Assessment Feedback
This is a key feature of ART! It enables an ART User to receive several
assessments of his/her time management habits and skills through the
eyes of personally selected Observers.
Unlimited Observers
An ART User may invite an unlimited number of Observers to provide him/her
360 Degree Feedback. An ART User has up to 30 days to select and invite
his/her Observers to complete the on-line ART assessments, beginning
with the day the ART User completes his/her assessment.
Registering Observers
An Art User simply types in the observers' names and email addresses while
he/she is still on-line completing his/her own ART Assessment, and that's
it! The rest is totally automated. The observers selected are sent an
email from the ART User inviting them to complete the ART assessment
on the User's behalf, and the next time the User prints out his/her
individual ART of Time Management Report, the results of the 360 degree
assessment have been up-dated to reflect any additional Observer assessments.
